Switching to the UK’s most reliable broadband provider is easier than you think, and if you join E-Cable you can start watching with our app as soon as you’ve ordered. Here’s how to move your broadband, TV or phone.

Whether you’re with Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Virgin Media or anyone else, we’ve made switching as simple as possible. Just choose the service you want to move to find out how. And in most cases you’ll only be without broadband for about 15 minutes on the day of the switch.

Choose one of our brilliant TV and broadband packages. We’ll give you a switching date. It’s normally within 2 weeks, unless you choose a later one.

We’ll let your  supplier know you’re switching. If you’re a Virgin Media customer, contact them to co-ordinate the start of your new broadband service with the end of your old one. That’s the best way to avoid either having a gap in your service or paying for overlapping services.

We’ll text you when your E-Cable Broadband is activated. Then you just connect your Router and TV box yourself. Your E-Cable TV will be ready to go as soon as your broadband is set up.
